One more member club has joined the family of OGAE International. Ogae Romania was created in August 2008 and now is officially a member of OGAE International.

Although Romania is a country that joined the Eurovision Song Contest many years ago, in 1994 to be exact, only after 14 years a Eurovision fan club was created. Ogae Romania is a registered, non profit organisation created in order to help and promote every years' Romanian entry. As all OGAE club members, OGAE Romania aspires to promote the contest all year round by organising local fans and creating strong bonds with other OGAE clubs throughout Europe.

Ogae Romania is already in contact with TVR, the Romanian national broadcaster, and they already have begun to have a close collaboration regarding the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest which will take place in Moscow.
