Spanish Eurovision fever is picking up fast, with national broadcaster reporting more than 2,300,000 votes cast so far in the online voting to select entry. Soraya is leading with 61,925 votes ahead of Melody and recent Spanish finalists, Santa Fe and Mirela.

Online voting in Spain ends two weeks today, on January 19th, one minute before midnight. Anyone can vote up to 20 times per day, with a maximum of five votes per artist. A registered and valid email address is required. So far just over 24,500 votes have been ruled out as invalid.

In the current top ten are four songs from the pop/rock category, two latin entries, one indie, one rhythm & blues song and two romance/ballad entries.
