Antonija �ola donates �20,000 prize to monasteries documentary

Antonija �ola, this year�s Dora runner-up, has won the FYR Macedonian song festival Ohrid fest with the song Bo�ji put (God�s Way), dedicated to the late FYR Macedonian superstar To�e Proeski, but has donated her �20,000 prize money to the recording of a documentary about Macedonian monasteries.

Antonija wrote some songs for Toše, and they recorded a duet together. Toše was deeply religious, and often visited the monastery in his native Kruševo to find sanctuary.Antonija has recorded her debut album in the Macedonian language, and according to the FYR Macedonian media, she will donate the proceeds from it to good causes.Antonija's management team says that she "does not want to earn money from Toše's name". Toše Proeski died in a car crash on a Croatian motorway last autumn, and a memorial concert for him will take place on the 5th of October at the stadium in the FYR Macedonain capital, Skopje.

Antonija Šola finished second in the 2008 Croatian national final for the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Gdje je srce tu je dom.
