A few weeks ago, the Spanish broadcaster announced that they received more than 1000 songs for “Eurovision 2.000”. Now TVE selected 25 of the best songs. Eurofestival.net published the first seven songs on the web.

All the songs are up-tempo numbers. In the past years, the results of the Spanish participants were not as good as many years ago. In 1999 they even became last with Lydia and “No quiero escuchar”.

At the moment we tried to download the songs, they were protected with a password (how sad). Last year, Serafín Zubiri achieved better with “Colgado de un sueño”. He ended up at the 18th place.
