RTS the national Serbian broadcaster along with the City of Belgrade and the Belgrade Tourism Dept. has welcomed all the Eurovision participants, delegations and artists with warmth and true elegance. Special boat trips have been arranged specially for the delegations and accredited press, where they were pampered in true Serbian style.

Last Monday several delegations along with accredited media had the chance to take a cruise trip in Belgrade thus enjoying the sights and sounds around Belgrade where they got experience the essence e of Serbia. During the cruise the guests were able to see the confluence of rivers, where the Danube and Sava meet. A truly relaxing experience for some of the participating artists who were able to relax and chill during the cruise. Sights of the Saint Sava Church, theKalemegdan Fortress,St.Marks Church were some of the many sights visible from the cruise ship.

The Swiss delegation came with their entire entourage and the 2008 Swiss Eurovision representative Paolo Menegussi, who was more than happy to give interviews and take photos with fans and media. Also present were the FYROM delegation along with Tamara who was enjoying the cruise. Delegations from Cyprus, Hungary and Croatia were also on the cruise, but with the absence of their singers who opted to relax at the hotel.

Eurovision guests in Belgrade have had the chance to experience the true Serbian spirit and are truly impressed with the warmth andhospitality of the Serbian people.
