More than 130,000 people voted tonight for the second group of participants of the Irish selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, You're a star.

Last week, Catroina MacGinty was voted off. Today Susan McGowan received the lowest amount of votes from the television viewers. Brian Ormond, who received one of the two wildcards Sunday evening, won this edition. A controversial choice, as Brian is an old friend of the jury member who selected him who promised that if any member of the Irish edition of Popstars withdrew, that he would put Brian in. The second wildcard was controversial too, because jury member Kerry McFadden selected her own sister-in-law, Susan McFadden, to get a wild card.

Next week the show moves to the big stage in the Helix centre, with a capacity for 4,000 people. A band of 15 musicians will accompany the singers.
