Croatian HRT to combine three major events

The Croatian broadcaster HRT will combine three major national events in one week: the Croatian Music Awards, Miss Croatia and the national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest Dora 2003 will take place in the same week in the same venue.

Combining three major events the Croation broadcaster HRT can save money because the same stage will be used and all technical equipment is already installed. Meanwhile. the quality of the events stays high. Two locations are in the running for the three events; Opatija, where the national final for the Eurovision Song Contest took place many times already, and Pula, a historical town.
