A special event took place yesterday in Zagreb, where Kraljevi Ulice and 75 cents, who will be representing Croatia in the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest, officially presented their Russian version of Romanca.

Among the audience present during the official presentation of the Russian version of Romanca yesterday at the Bulldog XL club in Zagreb, were former Croatian Prime Minister and current president of the country's Olympic Board, Zlatko Matesa, Zuhra, Davor Stern (CEO of Ina, the Croatian oil company) and Aleksandar Kostadinov (HRT Head of delegation), as well as many members of OGAE Croatia.

" I always have a good feeling about our representatives at Eurovision." Zuhra, the Croatian TV star said. "Unfortunately, I had a good prognosis for our last year's representatives as well. But I have to tell you – Romanca will have great success this year at Eurovision. The guys are just great, full of positive energy. We have selected a very good song to represent us in Europe."

Thanks to Johnny Logan and Hold me now I fell in love with the Eurovision Song Contest, a love that's been going strong ever since with undiminished passion. My first memories date back to 1977 and the lyrics of Rock bottom, Dschinghis Khan and A ba ni bi are still engraved in my brain.

I joined esctoday.com in 2006 as a junior editor after being invited by Barry Viniker, I soon became Senior Editor and during the 2007 contest in Helsinki I was appointed Head of Communications. Today I hold the post of Head of Human Resources and I am proud to be working with the best editorial team in the world.
