OGAE Bosnia and Herzegovina are the latest country to award their 12 points to Scandinavia in 2008, but to Sweden's neighbours, Norway. Sweden actually scored their lowest position so far, just three points to the runaway leaders. In a refreshing set of votes, only Serbia scored points from all the ex-Yugoslavian countries, the votes have been evenly spread across the entire reach of the participating countries.
The Full OGAE Bosnia Herzegovina vote:

Norway's first 12 points of the year moves them up to sixth place, and closer to the back chasing Sweden. Serbia continue to gain ground too as Armenia close the chasm left by Sweden to 51 points. Eight points to Greece lifts them above Russia and Portugal into eigth place, whilst another good score for Turkey sees them edge up into the top 12. Good point hauls can be seen for France and Cyprus, both of whom had only one point each before this round of votes.
