A new music show �Stars sing for them� starts tonight on TV Fox at 8 PM. The most famous musicians will take part in this charity show , to raise money for building a Children�s Chemotherapy Hospital at the Institute for Radiology and Oncology.
This serial consists of nine shows, and every week one music star will have a role of the show host and absolute freedom to choose guests and to make the concept of the show. The host of the first show will be Zeljko Samardzic, while the star of the following show will be Marija Serifovic.
“I am so happy that I will have a chance to sing for all the people watching the show, to remind them of the children in need of help. Of course I will make my own contribution, and I will soon meet the children who are currently at the Institute for Radiology and Oncology, but without media coverage, because I consider it to be the utmost idiocy,” Marija says to Blic, adding that she is delighted with taking part in a long-term project with excellent musicians.
“Although our country is generally considered to be poor, there are many rich people who would be able to help these children,” Serifovic says.
Marija has also announced the beginning of campaign for her new album, which will be on sale starting from next week, but she hasn’t revealed details in order to surprise the audience.
Nina Radulovic, the finalist of reality show “Evropsko lice“, will host this serial as well. Although she has many obligations, she has accepted to take part in the show “Stars sing for them” because of its humanitarian character.
“My role is to be a kind of a coordinator in the show, reminding the audience of the voting system. I hope that we will manage to achieve our goal,” Nina says, adding that her stage fright completely disappeared after “Beovizija”.
