The UK Eurovision Preview Party will make more history on Friday 25th April as Elvir Laković Laka, representing Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 2008 Eurovision Song COntest, will perform live in London. This will be the first time the country's representative has visited the United Kingdom to promote their Eurovision Song Contest entry.
Laka will head to London with his sister Mirela to perform his alternative music style that has made him one of the most popular entertainers in the Balkan region. His excentricities and good humour have made him a Balkan superstar and his music has changed the face of popular music in his home country. In 2003, he won the annual B&H Music Award "Davorin" for the best rock song with his song Moro (Had to) and his Zec album was named best album of the year as well as becoming a hit record across the Balkans.
Laka and Mirela will perform in London, although we need to mention that due to UK laws, there will be no live chicken on stage. His huge stage presence will a thrill to everyone at the event, and he will be charming the media with his uncanny wit.
