OGAE Lebanon, a fan club set up when Lebanon applied to enter the Eurovision Song Contest, has held a vote on the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest. The young club awarded it's 12 points to Armenia. The vote brings to an end a series of consecutive 12 points for Sweden, who finished fifth amongst Lebanese fans.

The result catapults Armenia above Switzerland into second place, reducing Sweden's lead to 34 points. Switzerland have failed to score for the last two juries after scoring consistently early on. Another strong vote for Ukraine moves them up to join the Swiss in third place with 49 points. Romania and Bulgaria also continue to rise up the board. Germany's five points is the largest score for a Big Four country so far, they rise to 15th place. Cyprus become the 29th country to score points.
