OGAE Lithuania are the eighth country to declare their official fan club votes for the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest. Whilst there is still a long way to go, they have awarded 12 points to Sweden, the sixth top mark out of eight for Charlotte Perrelli with her entry, Hero.
In what seems to be becoming the clear and overwhelming fan view, Sweden are once again top of the pile, ahead of Ani Lorak for Ukraine in second place according to the Lithuanian fans. Dima Bilan gets a big 8 points to more than double the Russian vote and Norway, Armenia and Iceland once again score steadily in fourth, fifth and sixth place respectively. Bulgaria score points for a second successive jury after sitting on nil points for the first six rounds, and Belarus pick up their first point of the year.

With everything still to play for, Sweden's lead after eight declared juries is looking incredibly strong, Charlotte Perrelli is scoring top marks from all over the continent with the Official fan club members. It now stands at 38 points after Switzerland failed to score any points from Lithuania. Armenia remain third, but have closed the gap to just two points. Ukraine's 10 points lifts Ani Lorak to fourth place, and Norway move up to share fifth place with Serbia.
