- 10 Switzerland
- 8 Sweden
- 7 Romania
- 6 Hungary
- 5 Norway
- 4 Ukraine
- Belgium (no points)
- 3 Germany
- 2 Serbia
- 1 Slovenia
Just missing out:
- Poland

The Belgian fanclub gave Armenia it's first 12 points of the year on the OGAE board. Switzerland and Sweden scored strongly for a second time ahead of Romania and Hungary, who score points for the first time. Norway picked up a second consecutive 5 points after OGAE Spain voted, and Ukraine and Serbia both scored points again. Germany picked up the first points for a big four country. In total, 32 countries scored votes in Belgium, but neighbours, The Netherlands, were one of 11 countries with 'nil points'. France, Belgium's other neighbour scored 10 points, leaving them in 20th place.
