The French National broadcaster internally selected Sébastien Tellier to represent the nation in the 53rd Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade. Tellier released his album Sexuality last month and has made it into charts in four different European countries.
Sébastien Tellier has charted in four different nations in their iTunes top 100. The French representative achieved success with this album in his homeland when he entered the French chart at number one.
Currently number 17 in France, Tellier seems to be more successful a few miles north where he is number two in the Swedish Chart. The Swiss chart sees Tellier at number 76, whilst the German chart has him at number 88.
France, being one of the Big Four countries, will participate directly in the Final, on 24th May.
