The first every entry from San Marino has, this morning, been announced. The country will make it's debut at the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Complice by the band Miodio (I hate myself).
The song Complice will be performed by Miodio which are a five piece group, consisting of three Italian members and two San Marinese.
The song has been described as "a fresh, young and original song", described Daniele Mangiafico, Director of SMRTV, who added "We have big expectations of this first participation in the Eurovision Song Contest. This time, we had no doubt to take part when we received the invitation, as our broadcasters is becoming more and more active as Member of the European Broadcasting Union".
San Marino will debut at Eurovision, in the first Semi Final, to be held on the 20th May.
