The show has started and the first performance tonight has actually nothing to do with Eurovision… it's a dance performance to Justin Timberlake's SexyBack.

1. Leo Iorga & PacificaPrea mici sunt cuvintele

The first song tonight is a ballad and probably not the most catchy one in this selection. The performance is pretty half-hearted, but the vocals are ok. Obviously not one of the favourites tonight.

2. Zero feat. Marius MogaCome this way

One of the most modern entries tonight,it has some hiphop influences and it is indeed catchy. The rap part is not really necessary but this is a song that could do well in Belgrade. The performance works with the song but could be more spectacular.

3. Paula Seling and ProvincialiiSeven days

A ballad with hiphop influences that is somehow catchy but hardly stays in one's head. The vocals are good, and so is the performance although it's no eye-catcher.

4. NicolaFairytale story

Again, the 2003 Romanian representative brings her own fairytale story on stage. The performance works very will with the song, which is slightly dated but catchy. Nicola is a charismatic performer and the vocals are pretty good.

5. TabascoLove is all I need

This entry might be popular especially with younger viewers. Nevertheless, the song is pretty repetitive and probably not the winner tonight. The vocals are not perfect although the song is not very demanding. Very simple performance.

6. Rednex feat. Ro-maniaRailroad, railroad

Although the song is called Railroad, railroad it seems to be going nowhere. This is typical 1990s party country pop, a genre that seems to be more dated than ever but is still popular with some people. The performance is utterly uninspired, we would have expected more from such an experienced band.

7. LaGaylia Frazier – Dr. Frankenstein

And yet another Swedish song. LaGaylia delivers her song as professional as she did in the semi final and her vocals are flawless. The performance works well with the song but of course, the whole act would not be very authentic to represent Romania.

8. Biondo -Shine

And here we go with another Swedish entry. This one is very popular and the singers are trying to do their best in the live performance, which has been only slightly improved since the semi final. The style of the song is a bit dated andit is hard to tell how this would do in Belgrade.

9. Cătălin Josan – Run away

A pop song in a familiar style. This is not actually a bad entry but it does not stand out of the competing entries and will probably not win tonight.

10. Simona Nae- The key of life

A rather strange entry now. The whole act looks like a fancy costume party for childern and the song fits this performance very well. Probably not a winner.

11. Yana – C'est la vie

We probably don't know better what life is after this performance, although it was a nice one. The song is ok, but has no high recognition value and does not actually stand out.

12. Nico and Vlad Miriţă- Pe o margine de lume

One of the most "interesting" songs tonight. The performance is again very professional and works very well with this entry.

Now we have to wait "some" time for the results… stay tuned!
