On hearing rumours over the last few weeks that there might or might not be a website to provide a live feed; esctoday.com contacted RTÉ seeking official confirmation.

Over the past few weeks eurovision fans worldwide have been talking and gossiping over the eagerly anticipated Irish Eurosong National Final with one act in particular making headlines in european and worldwidemedia as far off as the USA and Australia. Who is it? or should we say What is it?

esctoday.com can exclusively reveal from a close source, whose opinion was that "Dustin the Turkey" organisers have thought "outside the box" while other songs seem to be still "inside the box." How you interpret that is up to you!

Who knows what surprises await us this Saturday night, but RTÉ are remaining very secretive on the issue and are giving away very little on what we might see or hear. One source heard that Marija Serifovic (winner Eurovision Song Contest 2007 for Serbia) will be there on the night, judging the finalists' performances, withDana (winner Eurovision Song Contest 1970) and Louis Walsh (music manager and UK X-factor judge.)

However one thing is for sure is that all this years Irish Eurosong 2008 finalist entrants' songs can beaudio previewedexclusively on "The Derek Mooney Radio Show" on RTÉ Radio 1 broadcasting live at 16:00 CET (15:00 local time), tomorrow Thursday 20th February 2008. Catch it live on www.rte.ie/radio1

But surely tomorrow's audio previews will be only ahint of what to expect this Saturday Night.
