The show begins a with a small movie there the host Kristian Luukgetting kidnapped by Lasse Berghagen. But he escapes and comes into the arena. Melodifestivalen has started.

Song 1: Line of fire – E-type & The Poodles

The show begins with fire effects and cross between 80s rock and E-type eurodance chorus. The performance with all the effects went well for the Poodles team. People in the arena seemed to like what they saw.

Song 2: Alla gamla x – Face-84

The girls make a solid performance, seemed stronger today, than during the performance they did yesterday.

Song 3: Déjà vu – Velvet

Velvet nailed it. The performance went on very well. Three dancers, fan blowing in best Carola style, and smoke effects on stage. This number did work good on theTV screen.

Song 4: Lullaby – Brandur

Brandur peromance went good. No mistakes. The song is not as direct as many songs in Melodifestivalen is, this can be a negative thing when the audience only have a few minutes to get to know the song. But presumably he made some girls haear beat abit faster.

Song 5: That's love – Michael Michailoff

Many radio rockpop songs have been popular later years like Gavin DeGraw and Daughtry. And in Melodifestivalen had Sebastian Karlsson and Andreas Johnson. This year Micheal take that place. Solid performance. But if it strong enough to get viewers voting for him is to early to say.

Song 6: Thank you – Amy Diamond

Many compare Amy to Carola, much because they both very young when they started their music careers. Amy´s dance number went good. The audience seemed positive to the song and performance.

Song 7: Visst finns mirakel – Suzzie Tapper

Suzzie sings a strong and classic Swedish ballad in Eva Dahlgren style. Presumably night radio in Sweden will play this song a lot. With smoke machines, and Suzzie in the center of the stage, this is a strong performance.

Song 8: I love Europe – Christer Sjogren

When the song starts, a few people sing along in the press center. And laugh. Many will remember the title for this song. The girl dancers have dresses with European flags on. The message is set both lyrics wise and thrue the stage performance. Christer Sjögren seemed very happy about his performance and he got a good responds from the people in the arena.
