(Very short) audio snippets of the five songs to take part in the German national for the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest on 6th March are now online on the official website eurovision.de. Parts of the songs were aired in a radio show.

The entries are played in the following order:

1. No Angels – Disappear
2. Marquess – La histeria
3. Tommy Reeve – Just one woman
4. Carolin Fortenbacher – Hinterm Ozean
5. Cinema Bizarre – Forever or never

In the national final, there will be two rounds of televoting, the first round will select the top two and the second round the eventual winner. In 2007, Germany was represented by Roger Cicero who finished 19th with Frauen regier'n die Welt. Nevertheless, the country is directly qualified for the final in Belgrade being one of the big four countries. Germany has voting rights in the first semi final on 20th May.
