Georgia: Nina Sublatti’s fans show their support

The fans of this year’s Georgian representative at the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, Nina Sublatti, share their enthusiasm about the singer with a video-message addressed to the 39 other countries competing in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 , hoping for support from across Europe.

The video, an initiative from the Eurovision Georgian Fan Club, debuted on the show Communicator in Georgia. Communicator is a daily interactive TV-show aired on GPB (Georgian Public Broadcasting). In the video, fans from Georgia show their support for Nina Sublatti, who will represent her country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with the song Warrior, by addressing all the other countries competing this year in the Eurovision Song Contest and asking them to support Georgia as well. The 39 messages are not only spoken in English, but also in several native languages, including German, French and Swedish.

And here is Nina Sublatti’s 2015 Eurovision-entry, Warrior:

Nina Sublatti (born Nina Sulaberidze, Moscow, Russia, 1995) is a Georgian singer-songwriter and model. In 2013 she won the show Sakartvelos Varskvlavi, the Georgian version of the popular Idols-shows. Her 2014 debut-album Dare To Be Nina Sublatti was a best-seller in Georgia, and in December 2014 it was announced that Nina Sublatti was one of the five candidates chosen to potentially represent her country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Vienna. Nina Sublatti eventually won the national final in January 2015 with the song Warrior, written and composed by herself. For Eurovision 2015, the Georgian artist has adapted the song with the help of Swedish producer Thomas G:son.

Nina Sublatti will perform Warrior during the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2015, on Tuesday the 19 of May, from position sixteen.
