Several Faroese television and news sites have recently reported that for the first time ever, Faroese residents will be able to vote for their favourite entry in the Danish national final. The rock band The Dreams, who are participating in the second semi final of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix with the song La' mig være, are from the Faroe Islands, and can now expect home support from their fans on the Faroe Islands.
