Once again, Sweden has won the OGAE second chance contest. Måns Zerlmerlöf and his song Cara mia that finished 3rd in Melodifestivalen were the clear favourites of the juries. 27 juries casted their votes, among them the 20 competing OGAE clubs as well as juries from Italy, Belgium, Austria, Andorra, Lebanon and the rest of the world.
The contest was organised by OGAE Slovenia and the voting was broadcast on satellite TV and via webcast.
