Kitty Brucknell is a 29 year old British singer-songwriter who has entered the race to become the Swiss candidate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015.

In 2011 Kitty took part in the eighth series of the UK X-Factor and got to the semi finals before being voted off.

Before her appearances on the X-Factor she had developed a youtube following and also performed across the UK and abroad as a Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and Lady Gaga tribute act.

In 2013 she travelled to China with her Glamour and Damage tour and her debut album of the same name was launched in May 2014 with release set for 30 October.

Featured on it will be the track Yearning. This will be the song that the Swiss public and expert jury will have in the list from which they will choose the entries and artists to perform in the Swiss National final on 31 January 2015.
