Spain: Ruth performs Sia’s Chandelier

This year’s Spanish Eurovision entrant joined efforts with her niece Rebecca in a children’s talent show.

Some time before the Eurovision Song Contest Ruth Lorenzo performed an astounding impression of Whitney Houston in the show Tu cara me suena. Last week, she and her niece Rebecca delighted the audience with a brilliant performance of Sia’s song Chandelier as guest artists in the show’s version for children Tu cara me suena mini. Still, one would think that they were in the run for the prize, as Ruth’s voice was again to the top, and Rebecca danced flawlessly to a very sensitive and meaningful routine. Those who know the song and have seen the video know that this is not an easy task. And the result was beyond impressive not only judging it by yourself, but also judging by the expression on the face of the jury member Angel Llàcer.

Now you can judge by yourself with the video of the performance, in case you missed it. This is a must…

Tu cara me suena mini counts with the presence of another Spanish former Eurovision participant, Daniel Diges, who is the supporting artist of the show’s contestant José Luis.

Ruth keeps proving her vocal skills and her niece has shown us a new budding talent. And soon enough the Spanish Eurovision star’s first album will be out…
