Eurovision Song Contest winner, Marija Serifovic touched down in the Swedish capital today to an overwhelming reception. Making a guest appearance to sign autographs at the Galleria shopping centre in central Stockholm, she had to perform her winning entry Molitvar twice!

Marija found a screaming crowd of fans waiting for her in Sweden when the winner's tour came to town. She autographed cards, Eurovision Song Contest CDs and more in a mob atmosphere as the crowd were crushing to greet the latest Eurovision Song Contest winner. Fans reported that you simply could not move inside the Galleria. She performed Molitva twice as more fans tried to enter one of the largest shopping centres in Scandinavia.

Despite the negative reaction of the Swedish press to the voting at this year's contest, the people of Sweden are clearly showing that Marija and her song was a popular and worthy winner. The winner's tour moves south to the home of the 1992 Eurovision Song Contest, Malmo, this afternoon.
