Mei Feingold is currently representing Israel at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen. As her debut in semi final 2 on Thursday draws closer, the IBA and the Israeli delegation threw a party that  saw 1,500 guests arrive at what was one of the early highlight’s of this two week Eurovision extravaganza.

The Israeli delegation along with Tali Eshkoli productions hosted one of the most successful and largest parties in Eurovision 2014 at the Vega – Euroclub.

1,500 people arrived including delegations. More then 12 participants came on stage to perform including France, Georgia, Macedonia, Austria and Poland. Mei Finegold the Israeli representative came on stage and performed 5 songs including her Eurovision entry Same heart.

There was a sumptuous buffet with many Israeli delicacies in keeping with the theme of the evening.  Goody bags were distributed to everyone which included a special aromatic body moisturizer of 417.

The party was a celebration for the IBU and to introduce its representative Mei Feingold but it also had important significance as it was held on Israeli Independence Day.

Same heart will be performed by Mei Feingold on Thursday 8th May at the second semi-final which begins at 20.00pm CET. Mei has been well regarded by many as one of the entries to beat and we here at esctoday.com wish Mei and the IBU the very best of luck in what promises to be an electrifying performance of her electro rock anthem entry.
