Aram Mp3 will represent Armenia with the song Not alone in Copenhagen.

The entry was presented for the very first time in a special programme that was broadcast to the Armenian public and the world on ARMTV 1 and eurovision.tv. Both Aram and the song were selected internally.

The programme also saw performances from previous Armenian representatives such Dorians (2013), Sirusho (2008), Eva Rivas (2010), Emmy (2011), Hayko (2007) and Andre (2006). The show was hosted by Gohar Gasparyan.

Aram Mp3 was announced as the 8th Armenian representative on New Year’s Eve last year. Born in Yerevan, Aram Sargsyan (better known as Aram Mp3) attended the Yerevan State Medical University, from which he graduated in 2006. He was already involved in comedy shows while he was a student. After graduation he joined other artist to form the comedy show 32 Atam (Armenian for 32 teeth). He earned the nickname Mp3 from the comical covers of popular songs that he performed with 32 Atam. After they split in 2010 Aram started the comedy show Vitamin Club with his friends. He has been a host to several television shows in Armenia.
