France: Patricia Kaas channels Edith Piaf

The 2009 French representative at the Eurovision Song Contest has released a movie of her live concert singing Piaf chanson standards.

Patricia Kaas was already an international star when she tread the Eurovision boards back at the 2009 contest in Moscow having already sold millions of records worldwide.

Kaas has now released a unique concert of herself  recorded live at the mythic Olympia Hall of Paris on the 10th October 2013, anniversary day of Edith Piaf’s passing away.

Fans all across the world will get to witness the chanteuse Kass channeling the legendary Piaf through her music in what can only be described as a unique one off cinematic experience.

Kaas achieved a respectable 8th position for France with a final score of 107 points at the 2009 contest. Her intense and at times dramatic performance of her entry has left a lasting impression on fans of the contest that is still memorable to this day.
