Belgian singer Lara Fabian, the 1988 Eurovision entrant for Luxembourg who went on to become an internationally renowned artist, is definitely making a big comeback under the spotlights in France and the French speaking countries. Her new album Le secret will be released on 15 April on the occasion of an exclusive concert the singer will give in Paris on the very same day. The first single Deux ils, deux elles, an ode to gay and lesbian love, was released a few weeks ago and now has an official video.

Lara Fabian has been absent from France for a few years, enjoying fame in Russia and Eastern Europe (see here). To mark her comeback, the singer has chosen the ballad Deux ils, deux elles to announce the release of her long awaited new album Le secret. The song, which is about gay and lesbian love, was premiered three months ago on the occasion of the French national demonstration in favour of the same sex marriage bill which is still causing a lot of controversies in the country (see here). To illustrate the song, the Belgian singer invited men and women to hug and kiss in front of the camera.

The music video is announcing the release of Lara Fabian’s tenth studio album on 15 April. Le secret is a double-CD described as a concept album mixing rock elements and movie soundtracks atmospheres. To promote her new effort, Lara Fabian is being very present in the medias, appearing very regularly on TV. The singer will also embark on a massive tour as from this coming autumn up to June 2014 besides promoting her project Mademoiselle Zhivago (see here).
