The Lithuanian broadcaster LRT made an appeal to the Eurovision committee regarding the disqualification of the Lithuanian song 'We all'.

According to Diana Rakauskaite, press secretary of LRT, the appeal includes a confirmation from the Lithuanian Organisation for Copyright Protection that testifies that the song of the group BAvarija 'We All' was not released, nor introduced last year and this song was recorded first for Eurovision this year.

LRT decided to select another song anyway, because the EBU decided that a new song must be submitted 12:00 at March 28. The broadcaster's website stated that Aivaras will represent the country with 'Happy you'. The song ended up 2nd in the Lithuanian national final (and not 7th as we stated here before, sorry).
