The volunteers speak!

A great part of the organisation of this year's Eurovision Song Contest depends on the help of volunteers. In the press working area, more than 70 young Ukrainians are working in three 5-hour shifts to assist everyone around. They are doing a great job!

The volunteers, between 15 and 20 per shift, assist with computers, handing out pigeon hole contents, answer questions and several press services.

Esctoday.com asked some of the volunteers to write down a message for Europe.

“Let the 50th Eurovision Song Contest stay in our memories as a great event in Ukrainian youth life, leading us, the New Generation, towards prosperity, welfare and mutual friendhip.”
Arthur

“Believe in Ukraine and you won't regret. We have a treasure to offer, which should not be missed”
Nameless

“I think a pearl is the most wonderful thing the earth had given to us. But the Eurovision Song Contest is the real pearl on the horizon of Ukrainian youth life”
Liudmila

Later we expect more photos of the volunteers, who we want to introduce to you.
