The Moldovan delegation couldn't manage to get in Kyiv on time. Initially, the contest's organisation announced that the Moldovan delegation would take the Israeli time slot, which was available due to the fact that Israel's rehearsal now takes place tomorrow instead of today due to Israeli Independence day.
