Constantinos Christoforou and Javine headlined tonight's Euromania event at London's Eros nightclub. The annual event to showcase the Greek and Cypriot songs for the British Greek community and fans of the Eurovision Song Contest also featured last year's Cypriot entrant Lisa Andreas.

Eros nightclub in Enfield, London, hosted a Eurovision extravaganza tonight. The event was free to enter and packed long before the show started with crowds eager to see this year's Cypriot singer perform his song Ela, ela.

The evening started with support act Monica Michael, an upcoming sixteen year old singer, before Lisa Andreas came on stage to perform Stronger every minute the song that took her to fifth place at the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest. She went on to perform two new tracks before a brief interlude of popular greek songs. She recieved a hero's welcome from a grateful crowd, keen to applaud her efforts in achieving Cyprus' highest ever finish at the contest.

Following Lisa was the man the crowd's hopes are resting on this year. Constantinos burst onto the stage to perform his entry, with the packed audience dancing and waving to the music. He went on to perform a range of other songs, both fast and slow before announcing the arrival on stage of Javine.

The 2005 entry for the United Kingdom was well received in the predominantly Greek/Cypriot crowd, and Javine's performance suggested a growing confidence in her song as the contest gets closer. She was rejoined on stage by Constantinos after performing Touch my fire , her only song for the evening. King of the night Constantinos then closed the show with one more song from his latest album and then a reprive of Ela, ela.
