Ivan & Delfin, the band representing Poland at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev, has recorded a new version of their song Czarna dziewczyna. Moreover, a videoclip to the Polish entry was shot at one of the most popular clubs in Warsaw.

The videoclips features some Polish celebrities, among whom are actors and actresses from the popular Polish TV soap M jak Milosc, in which Ivan Komarenko, the lead singer of Ivan & Delfin, plays the role of a Russian immigrant.

The new version of the Polish entry for Kiev contains additional backing vocals and some new arrangements added to the music line. Apart from that, Ivan Komarenko has rewritten the Russian stanza and made it longer. Obviously, the Polish representatives will be the only ones leaving Russian traces in Kiev, as Russia itself will be represented by a Belarussian singer Natalia Podolskaya.

Meanwhile, regular rehearsals for Ivan & Delfins stage appearance in Kiev are taking place and the choreography is almost ready. Ivan will be dancing together with two girls. The rest of the band will vocaly support Ivan. The new version of Czarna dziewczyna will officially be presented next Saturday in the programme Stratosfera on TVP 1.

Ivan & Delfin will represent Poland in the semifinal of the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 in Kiev, to take place on 19th May.
