A strong Belgian final today in Studio 100 in Schelle. Sergio @ The Ladies won the final and will represent Belgium in Tallinn on May 25 with the song 'Sisters'.

Sergio was favorite for the professional jury and for the Radio Donna jury, runner-up at the Radio 2 jury with 7 points. Spark was their favorite. The Eurojury, which consisted of 23 European people from different nations. The international jury was not impressed by Spark and gave 2 points, and gave the 9 to Sergio. Finally, 330.140 televoters gave their doubled points to Sergio and his ladies.

Yasmina, with her song 'Take this heart', won the press award of the contest, a special prize awarded by the Flemish press. The award has nothing to do with the final results.
