Jelena Tomašević wins Beovizija 2005

Jelena Tomašević has won Beovizija 2005 with the song Jutro, written by Željko Joksimović and Aleksandra Milutinović. She received 78 points from the jury and the maximum 12 points by SMS and televoting.

Hosts tonight were actors Boda Ninković & Jelena Jovičić who sang many former Eurovision Song Contest hits as a tribute to 50th anniversary of the event. Special guests were Željko Joksimović, last year's representative of Serbia & Montenegro and Emilija Kokić, winner of the Eurovision Song Contest for Yugoslavia in 1989 as lead singer of Riva.

The first 14 songs of Beovizija will represent Serbia at Serbia & Montenegro's national final Europjesma-Evropesma on 4th March in Podgorica:

On Sunday, the second day of Beovizija 2005, the yearly Serbian music awards will be announced. Prizes will be awarded in 16 categories. In addition, the best songs of the Beovizija 2005 will be performed during the award ceremony. Tommorow during Nedeljno popodne (RTS, RTCG, 14.30 CET) the draw for Europjesma – Evropesma 2005 will be held.
