Due to the recent changes within the organisation of the host broadcaster of the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest, NTU, the date for the release of the tickets has been postponed.
The tickets were planned to go on sale on Monday, 21st February. This date will now be postponed a few weeks. More information and new date are “soon to come”, according to the European Broadcasting Union.
For those who are worried because of this development, Eurovision Song Contest supervisor gives a comforting statement: “The recent turbulence within the organisation of NTU made it necessary to change a couple of dead-lines. Unfortunately the handling of the ticket sale is one of them. A new president of NTU is about to be appointed one of the nearest days and we have been assured by the new government of Ukraine that the production of the Eurovision Song Contest will have the highest priority”, Stockselius said.
Tickets to both the semifinal and the final can be purchased over the internet and through the official website, eurovision.tv.
