Will Ruslana and the Klitschko brothers host the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 in Kiev? “The organisation commitee asked us to co-host the event”, Wladimir Klitschko told German tabloid Bild am Sonntag.

The internationally successful boxers are sure to fit the requirements for such a job, such as being able to master several languages. “We can also handle the most important task: counting points”, Wladimir underlined to Bild am Sonntag.

Before they sign their contracts, the brothers still have to check if there aren't any boxing matches at the same time. “The good thing is: we are two brothers – one of us will show up for sure”, Wladimir added.

Just like Ruslana, the Klitschko brothers are supporters of opposition leader Yuschenko. Wladimir announced that he would like to use the occasion to promote the democracy movement: “The world's greatest entertainment show is an adequate occasion for that”.

The Eurovision Song Contest takes place on 19th and 21st May 2005 in the Ukrainian capital Kiev.
