The final of Evropesma-Evropjesma 2005 will be held on 4th March 2005. Serbian broadcaster RTS and Montenegrin broadcaster RTCG will cooperate to select the song that will represent Serbia & Montenegro at next year's Eurovision Song Contest and will both organize a semifinal. The songs can only be submitted in one of the languages used in Serbia and Montenegro.

The two national broadcasters will each be in charge of one semifinal. Radio Televizija Srbije (RTS) will organize Beovizija in Belgrade on 19th February 2005. Radio Televizija Crne Gore (RTCG) will organize Montevizija in Podgorica on 2nd March 2005.

24 songs will compete in each of the semifinals. The 14 best songs from Serbia and the 10 best songs from Montenegro will then meet in the grand final of Evropesma-Evropjesma 2005, to be held in Podgorica on 4th March 2005.

Songs for Beovizija and Montevizija can be submitted until 15th December and should be in one of the languages used in Serbia and Montenegro: Serbian, Albanian, Hungarian, Romanian or Gipsy.
