The first dress rehearsal for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest and the first one with live audience took place. Our reporter Jenny Stengård from Gylleneskor.se reports!
The dress rehearsal before the press started at 16:00 local time at Håkons Hall. First, all the kids line up and walk in and wave before the camera, country by country. The hosts make their entrance with humour, according to another inside source from esctoday.com they come from the sky! A troll comes in that takes away a kid and hostess Nadia.
Suprisingly, the audience was not that enthousiastic when the Norwegian participating @lek came up as usually when the participant from the host country starts to perform. Cyprus was one of the audience favourites.
During tonights' rehearsal, also backup juries came together in the participating countries to practice the voting procedure. From several countries we learned that the sound quality was not as good with all the songs.
