His Eurovision Song Contest appearance might not have offered him the expected success, this year's Danish participant Tomas Thordarson is doing some international promotion anyway.
Tomas Thordarson, the Danish representative who finished 13th in the qualifier round of this year's Eurovision Song Contest, is currently visiting Iceland. Tomas Thordarson, who originally hails from Iceland, performed at the Pride Festival in Reykjavik last weekend. He is in Iceland to promote his album on radio and TV. The album Sig det’ løgn that was released in Denmark in May is now also available in Iceland.
More international promotion is scheduled for September when Tomas and his band will go to Malta. “I will be meeting other singers and will be interviewed for radio and TV” says an excited Tomas Thordarson. “I will have the opportunity to perform with the entire band, so it will be the first time that I'll play with my band outside Denmark.” On 4th September Tomas Thordarson and his band will perform at Malta's biggest festival.
