Earlier this week, Ruslana visited Belgium to promote her Eurovision-winning song Wild dances. Our colleagues from eurosong.be were present at an interview she gave in a hotel in Brussels. Ruslana told some interesting things.

Ruslana plans to give a concert in Kiev on July 31st for which she invited several of her competitors from Istanbul. Željko Joksimovic, Sakis Rouvas, Athena and Xandee were invited by the Eurovision Song Contest winner, to join her on stage during that concert. Kurt Frederickx of Xandee's record company ARS confirmed that Xandee was indeed invited but he couldn't say if she could accept the invitation, due to her busy schedule.

Ruslana also told the Belgium press that the construction of a new venue in Kiev, at which the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 can be held, already started. “There were already plans for a new venue before I won the Eurovision Song Contest, my victory just accelerated the whole thing”, Ruslana said.
