Flemish broadcaster VRT held a press conference today in which more information about Xandee's Eurovision trip to Istanbul was given. The video of 1 Life was shown for the first time and the plans for Xandee's first solo album were revealed.

The act
Because negative comments on Xandee's act at the final of Eurosong 2004 never were given, the act will remain almost completely the same, including the backing vocals, dancers and drummer. Even Xandee's praised dress won't change a lot as she will wear the same or at least a similar one at the final of the Eurovision Song Contest.

Solo Album
On 6th May, Xandee's first solo album will be presented to the press. It's not something completely new for Xandee as she already released seven albums with Touch of Joy, the group she forms together with Sergio (Belgium 2002). Expected to be on the album are Xandee's previous solo singles Bizarre, One reason, Alone as well as some new songs written by the Paelinck brothers and…

Tek Hayat
Last Friday, esctoday.com was the first to report about the Turkish version of 1 Life, called Tek Hayat. Our news was spread on the net and so did the mp3 of the song, which now is available on eurovisionturkey.net. Because of the many great reactions on the song, Xandee hopes to get Tek Hayat on her first solo album.

Xandee will perform 13th in the final of the Eurovision Song Contest on 15th May in Istanbul.
