The Dutch televoter selected the Camp Girls, with the Dutch well-known singer Manuela Kemp as lead vocal, to perform again in the wildcard semifinal, which takes place Thursday.

The wildcard semifinal contains one song from every of the past four semifinals and two selected by the jury. Jury head Cornald Maas announced the two wildcards from the jury today during the weekly backstage programme Op weg naar het songfestival.

The first wildcard goes to Charly, who performed She'll take my breath away in the first semifinal. The song is written by Charly himself and Alan Michael , writer and composer of the 2003 Dutch entry One more night and the 1999 entry One good reason (both together with Tjeerd van Zaanen).

The second wildcard goes to Mandy, who performed the disco-pop song Tell me why during the second semifinal. Her dancing act could not impress the televoter more than winners Judith and Yellow Pearl, but the jury was convinced of her capacities.

Esctoday.com will be present again at the Pepsi Stage in Amsterdam to report the outcoming of the wildcard round as soon as possible!
