Tanel Padar is returning to Eurolaul stage this year again. 3 years has passed since he won Eurovision Song Contest for Estonia together with Dave Benton in Copenhagen Parken Stadium.
This year he's performing the song 'If I'm Surrounded' together with Slobodan River. The reason for cooperation is according to our source a need for a male voice in the song. The guitar player of Slobodan River hasn't proved himself to be a excellent singer so far and the choice was made.
'If I'm Surrounded' is claimed to be the first hit in the new album of Slobodan River. They say that it was not written for Eurovision, just the timing was right and so they sent the song to the preselection. Today, on January 27th the presentation of the album takes place.
The song is composed by Tomi and Gyrcelea Ithaka Maria Rahula (authors of Mere lapsed which represented Estonia in 1998).
