The Polish national final Eurowizja 2004 took place tonight. The band Blue Cafe was chosen to represent Poland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2004, with their song Love song.

Blue Cafe performed the song Love song in a very close final tonight. Blue Cafe beat off their closest opponents by the smallest of margins, recieving 57,125 votes, whilst Lzy, who performed the song Tak na imię mam came second with 54,652 votes. Third came Marcin Rozynek with his performance of Nick of time which recieved at total of 51,736 votes.
