The Belgian national final Eurosong 2004 will take place on 15th February. As the Walloon broadcaster RTBF took care of this year's Belgian Eurovision entry (Urban Trad), it is now Flanders' turn to select a Eurovision participant for Belgium.

Four preselection programmes will be produced and broadcast on 18th+25th January and 1st+8th February. The final takes place on Sunday, 15th February. All five programmes will come from VRT's (Vlaamse Radio- en Televisieomroep, the Flemish broadcaster) Studio 100 in Schelle and will be hosted by, as tradition almost bids by now, Bart Peeters.

The 28 participants of Eurosong 2004 will be made public during a press conference, which is scheduled for 10th December.
