The national broadcaster of Belarus, BTRC, has opened the submission window for potential Eurovision 2019 contestants.

The submission window will be open until 31 January 2019, and all applications must be electronic. You are able to submit a song via the form on their website.

As has happened in previous years in Belarus, the selection process will take place in two stages. On 4 February, all the applicants will perform live, and an online broadcast will be made available.

Ten of these performers will be selected to perform in a grandiose national final, which will be held no later than 8 March. The winner will be determined by a national jury only, and will go on to represent Belarus at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv.

Belarus were represented at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest by Alekseev and his song Forever. Unfortunately, he failed to make it to the final, as he came 16th at the first semi-final.
