This year's Romanian representative Hotel FM together with the Romanian television held a joint press conference today at Bucharest's Rin Hotel. The main topics of the conference were the re-make of the song, the official promo tour and the preview video clip. esctoday.com was there and asked the boys some questions about their Eurovision experience.
Romania's head of delegation, Marina Almasan-Socaciu, organized a press conference in order to reveal the latest news about how the preparations for Düsseldorf are going. Hotel FM, this year's Romanian representatives, were present too and have agreed to answer to the questions of the press regarding their former musical activity as well as their plans for the future.
According to mrs. Almasan-Socaciu, Hotel FM's official promo tour will include the following destinations :
- Chisinau (Moldova)
- London (United Kingdom)
- Rome (Italy)
- Budapest (Hungary)
- Sofia (Bulgaria)
- Athens (Greece)
- Ankara (Turkey)
- Brussels (Belgium)
Next week, Hotel FM will start the shootings of the official preview clip which will be directed by Edy Schneider who was alsoresponsible for the music video of Playing with fire by Paula Seling and Ovi. It was also revealed that the Romanian hopefuls will start working at a new album to be released after the Eurovision Song Contest takes place.
On April 9th, a special concert will take place in Bucharest under the slogan "Düsseldorf, here we come" which will be broadcast by TVR 1 and TVR International. The aim of this show is to promote Hotel FM and their music in Romania. Several famous local celebrities will support this year's Romanian representatives by making an appearance at thespecialevent.
